Most often, tokens are inserted into Microsoft Office documents. In Microsoft Excel, you can use bullets to create a list or an explanation. And most importantly, it's very easy to do.
Steps
1 Open an Excel spreadsheet. To do this, double-click on the desired Excel file.
2 Select a cell. Click on the cell where you want to insert the marker.
3 Click on the "Insert" tab. It is located near the Home tab at the top of the window.
4 Click Symbols. You will find this button in the "Text" section. A window will open.
5 From the Font menu, choose Wingdings. To do this, scroll down the menu or manually enter "Wingdings" (without the quotes). The character set will be displayed.
6 Insert a marker into the cell. Click on the marker you want, and then click Insert. The marker will appear in the selected cell.
