Method 1 of 4: Part One: Top

1. 1 Mark the middle of the red and black top. Use two long sleeves for a classic Harley Quinn look or two tops for an Arkham Asylum look.

Method 2 of 4: Part Two: Bottom

1. 1 Open the center seams of the black and red jeggings. The pants have a seam that starts from the lower back, goes under the legs and reaches the abdomen. Steam it.

   • You can use leggings, but jeggings are tighter and easier to work with.

Method 3 of 4: Part Three: Makeup
