Steps
Method 1 of 4: Receiving the ball with hands down
- 1 In order to receive the ball, you need to put your hands together, clenching the fingers of your left hand into a fist, and grab your left fist with the fingers of your right hand.
- 2 Then bend your knees and during the strike, just straighten them, no need to jump, just straighten your legs.
Method 2 of 4: Receiving the ball
- 1 In order to receive and control the ball, form a triangle with the help of your thumbs and forefingers, and spread the rest of your fingers to the sides.
- 2 Now make a small space between your thumbs and forefingers. Keep your hands about 5 cm from your forehead.
- 3 Then, push the ball upward with your fingertips.
Method 3 of 4: Attack
- 1 Work with your feet. Footwork includes a left step, a right step, feet together, and a jump.
- 2 While jumping, hit the ball with your palm. The elbow should be bent and the arm bent.
Method 4 of 4: Jumping Kick
- 1 Grasping your left fist with the fingers of your right hand, dive, hitting the ball from bottom to top.
Tips
- When hitting, do not relax your hands, as you will not be able to control the ball.
