In this article, we'll show you how to use the Discord bot on your Android device to listen to music.

Steps

1. 1 Go to the page https://discordbots.org in a web browser. To play music on Discord, you'll need to use the Discord bot. There are many bots on the said site.
2. 2 Tap Music (Music). A list of bots with which you can listen to music will be displayed.
   • Bots are presented in descending order of popularity.
   • Here are the popular bots - MedalBot, Dank Memer, Astolfo, Sinon.
3. 3 Click on View (Review) for more information about the bot. On the page that opens, you will find the bot functions and commands for playing music.
   • Write down the commands so you know how to use the bot.
4. 4 Click on INVITE (Install) on the desired bot. The Discord login screen will open.
5. 5 Log in to Discord. Enter your username and password and then click Login. You will be taken to the bot page.
6. 6 Select a server. Click on the name of the server where you are going to install the music bot.
7. 7 Click on AUTHORIZE (Log in). You will find this blue button in the lower right corner. You will be taken to the verification page.
8. 8 Click on I am not a robot. The selected bot will be added to the Discord server.
9. 9 Launch Discord. Click on the icon in the form of a white controller on a blue background; this icon is on your home screen or app drawer.
10. 10 Tap the icon ≡. You will find it in the upper left corner. A list of servers will be displayed.
11. 11 Tap the server where you installed the bot. A list of server channels will be displayed.
12. 12 Tap a voice channel to join it. You can listen to music only on voice channels.
13. 13 Enter bot commands to play music. The bot commands can be found on its page on the discordbots.org website.
