Life can be very difficult at times. Some people boldly face all difficulties and get out of difficult situations even more courageous and strong. They manage to conquer the most difficult peaks. Other people cannot cope with difficulties, they begin to blame God and other people for everything, or they begin to get depressed. Those people who manage to save themselves and improve their lives are most often believers who believe in God and know how to ask him for help. Here are six steps you can take to learn to believe in God even during the most difficult times in your life.

Steps

  1. 1 Don't think that everything in your life will happen the way you want it to. The Lord gives the answer to every prayer, but he does not always say "Yes." Sometimes he answers "No" or "Wait." Rejoice if everything happens the way you want. Enjoy every day, live in anticipation of something better for tomorrow, but do not forget that problems also have a place in our lives. We ourselves choose what to do - good or bad, but everyone else has exactly the same right. So sometimes something bad happens. Sometimes what we want does not happen because what we want is bad for us. Remember, God knows a lot more than you do. Remember that God always remembers you, he loves you.
  2. 2 Ask God for help through prayer. Remember that God did not promise to keep you out of trouble. He only promised to always be by your side, if, of course, you yourself want it. If you get angry, if you blame God for everything, he will not be able to help you overcome difficulties. Ask God to always be with you, to help you cope with things that you yourself would never cope with. You may not know how to pray.Just turn to God, and he will definitely hear you. Ask him for support and patronage, and not for him to remove all difficulties from your path, and you will become much stronger and strengthen your faith.
  3. 3 Read or listen to stories of other people who have faced difficulties and received God's help - perhaps these examples will give you hope.
  4. 4 Be grateful. Make a list of the things that you value in your life, even if this list only includes a roof over your head and food on the table. Thank God for all this. As soon as you see that you have not only bad, but also good in your life, your mood will immediately rise, and you will see that God is with you, regardless of whether you are good now or not.
  5. 5 Do not withdraw into yourself. If you feel bad, find someone who can help you. Any difficult situation is easiest to resolve if you are not alone. Ask people to support you, to pray for you, and respond in kind. Always offer your help to those who are in a more difficult situation than you.
  6. 6 Understand that eternal life is only in heaven. God promises to take care of us, but he does not promise that all good things will happen during our lifetime on earth. Some prayers can only be answered in heaven. You will be able to trust God when you understand that life on earth (with its suffering and pain) is temporary, that eternal life is only in heaven.
