Magic mouthwash is a mixture of mouthwash and throat rinse that is used to treat a variety of conditions, from ulcers to sore throats. Steps

1. 1 Get the recipe and buy 2% viscous lidocaine. Most doctors will be happy to prescribe this drug for you as it is an uncontrolled substance with few side effects. Ask for a bottle of 500 ml of the product. Lidocaine is inexpensive and covered by most insurances.
2. 2 Buy diphenhydramine (12.5 mg / 5 ml). A common brand name for this medication is Pediatric Benadryl. It can be found in almost any pharmacy. One bottle (100 ml) will suffice.
3. 3 Buy an antacid liquid. Milanta and Maalox are common brand names for this medicine. Again, the remedy can be found at almost any pharmacy. One bottle (100 ml) will suffice.
4. 4 Mix the ingredients in a 1: 1: 1 ratio. Lidocaine is usually sold in 100 ml bottles. It is easier to use the entire bottle as the preparation is very thick and difficult to measure. Mix 100 ml each of the other two ingredients with lidocaine.
