Make awesome wind chimes from old wine bottles! A great option for those who want to do recycling and want something beautiful to hang in the yard.

Steps

1. 1 Collect empty wine bottles, ideally you will need at least 3 bottles
2. 2 Erase the labels.
3. 3 Wash bottles.
4. 4 Take a glass cutter and use a clamp to cut a cut around the bottle as shown.
5. 5 Cut off 3 bottles and sand the sharp edges to avoid cuts.
6. 6 Take 3 Corks.
7. 7 Purchase 6 hooks with a 3/4 thread.
8. 8 Buy at least 60 centimeters of jewelry chain.
9. 9 Screw the hook onto the top of the cork.
10. 10 Attach the chain to the hook.
11. 11 Cork the neck of the bottle.
12. 12 Repeat with other bottles.
    • You should have a set of 3 bottles.
13. 13 For the last or bottom bottle of the kit, use a metal earring or similar item.
14. 14 Attach it to the chain. When the wind hits the bell, it will make sounds.
15. 15 Decorate the end of the chain if you like.
16. 16 Gently join all three bottles together.
17. 17 Hang somewhere with air circulating and listen to the relaxing sounds that bells make!
