Steps

2. 2 Buy a lot of ultraballs and a bolt timer, go to the Sealed Chamber. She is in the water between Slateport and Pacifidlog {Route 132-134}). You need to stay on the low side of the road. You will soon see a place where you can dive into the cave. Follow the path. When you are there, go to where you see braille at the north edge of the room, now dig. Exit the door and head north until the next braille, then press A. An earthquake will start and doors will open at each Ryoga location.

Better to put him to sleep.
6. 6 To find Registil, go to the ruins on road 120. You need to look under the bridge. Go to the braille lettering and press A to read it. Go to the middle of the room and use the Flash. Save and defeat the Register. It has a metal claw.
7. 7 You will need 50 ultraballs, 50 ball timer. Weaken the Pokémon as much as possible. It is best to put him to sleep.
8. 8 Remember to save your game before exiting.

Tips

• If you don't have a lot of experience yet, bring a strong Pokémon with you.

Warnings

• Save the game... Don't forget to do this! Otherwise, you will lose everything that you have gained by overwork. If you accidentally knock out Regis (Regirok or Registil), you won't be able to get them!
• Do not use master ball, if you only have one. Don't waste it. Try to use only timer ball, pokeball, ultraball and others. The Masterball is too valuable to waste in this case. Better save it for Raikwaza or Latios - very rare Pokémon. You can use cloning.
