Airbnb is a service that allows people to offer their homes or apartments as accommodation for travelers. It doesn't matter if you enjoyed a pleasant stay or want to warn others about unacceptable conditions, you can leave a detailed review of the place where you are staying. All you need to do is log into your Airbnb.com account. And if you are a landlord and want to leave your review about a guest, then you can also do it in the same way.

Steps

1. 1 Go to the sitehttps://ru.airbnb.com in the browser. Unfortunately, you cannot leave or edit a review through the mobile application, but you can do this if you log into the site using your account using a browser on a tablet, phone or computer.
2. 2 Click on To come in. It's at the top right of the window.
3. 3 Enter your login information. Enter your username and password. If you linked your Airbnb account to your Facebook account, you can click the button Login with Facebook.
4. 4 Click on your account name and icon. You will see this icon named in the upper right corner of the page. When you click on it, a drop-down menu will appear.
5. 5 Click on Profile. You will be redirected to your profile page.
6. 6 Press Your feedback. You will see this option in the center of your profile page. When you click on this option, you will be redirected to your reviews page, where you will see two tabs: “Reviews about you” and “Your reviews”.
7. 7 Click on the tab Your feedback. When you click on it, the page will display all the reviews you have left in the past (under the heading "Reviews you have left"), as well as all the hosts you have stayed with or guests who have stayed with you (under the heading "Pending Review ").
   • You will also be able to edit the reviews left in the past in the “Feedback you left” section.
8. 8 Write your own review. To do this, you will need to select the desired host (or guest) in the Pending Review list. Write your feedback in the appropriate text box. Press Enter on your keyboard to submit your feedback.
   • Remember that you will need to live the entire period, from the date of arrival to the date of departure, only then can you write a review so that it is considered authentic and valid.

Tips

• You can only write a review within 14 days of the departure from the selected property or the departure of the guest.
• The review left can be edited within 48 hours after the date of publication. After two days, it will no longer be possible to make any edits to it.
• If you were a guest, you can answer in your review such questions as: would you recommend this property or host to other users? What was your living experience like? Was the house clean when you arrived?
• If you are a host, you can answer questions such as: would you recommend this guest to other hosts? What was your experience with this guest? Did the guest leave the accommodation clean? Did the guest respect the rules of your home? How was the communication with the guest, were there any problems with mutual understanding?
• Sometimes you need to wait 2-3 days for the guest to leave a review (notification of the opportunity to do this is sent to the mail upon completion of the booking). If you were a guest, then you may experience such a delay.
• If you see a review in a foreign language, you can click on the button Translate, and then the review will be displayed in your native language (although it will be auto-translated).
