Not every one of us can mark the envelope exactly, especially if it is not lined up.
Steps
- 1 Turn on the printer.
- 2 Open Microsoft Word.
- 3 Go to the Mailings tab.
- 4 Click Envelopes. A new window will open.
- 5 In the "Recipient's address" field, enter the recipient's address.
- 6 In the field "Return address" enter your address. If you do not want to print the return address, check the "Do not print" checkbox.
- 7 Click Sample to resize the envelope and set fonts, sizes and positions.
- 8 Click the Print Settings tab and select how the envelope feeds into the printer. Click OK.
- 9 Insert the envelope into the printer as you specified on the Print Settings tab.
- 10 Click Print. Save (or not save) your default return address, and then click Yes (or No).
- 11 The text is printed on the envelope!
