Having trouble flying in Minecraft (Mac) or Minecraft PE? Read this article for tips on how to do this.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: In Minecraft

1. 1 Turn on flights. Turn flights on by typing / fly on.
2. 2 Now double click on the space bar.
   • To go up, hold down the space bar.
   • Hold LEFT SHIFT to move down.
   • To fall completely down, press the space bar twice and you will fall down.

Method 2 of 2: In Minecraft PE (All Devices)

1. 1 Flights here will already be included.
2. 2 Navigate to the controls at the bottom left of your screen.
   • Quickly double-tap the button in the middle.
3. 3 You will climb to the height of two blocks.
   • To climb higher, press the forward key and hold, then press and hold the button in the middle.
   • To go down, press the back button and hold, then press the button in the middle and hold.
   • To fall, quickly double-tap the button in the middle.

Tips

• Flights can be activated in survival mode if you know how to cheat.
• Flying helps you build faster.
• Flights can only be performed in Creative Mode.

Warnings

• The first subheading, Minecraft (Mac), means these instructions are for Mac only.
