Do you want to reach high levels in Wizard101? High level wizards receive the best armor and have the opportunity to participate in Player vs Player (PvP) battles. The road to high levels can be long, but by completing quests (with the help of friends), you can become a powerful wizard in a very short time.

Steps

1. 1 Complete the initial quests. Before thinking about leveling up, complete the available starter quests in Wizard City. When done, you should be level 9. Also, upon completing these quests, you will receive a large amount of gold and initial armor.
   • Try to complete missions in Cyclops Lane, Firecat Alley, Colossus Boulevard, and Sunken City. These Wizard City zones are only available when you buy a membership or pay Crowns.
2. 2 Purchase a subscription or buy Crowns. You will not be able to access most of the quests in this game without purchasing a membership. You can use Crowns to access areas that have been closed; membership unlocks all zones. Quests are the fastest way to get XP, so if you can complete them, you can level up very quickly after level 10.
   • If you don't play often, you can purchase Crowns to unlock the next zone, instead of buying memberships for all zones.
3. 3 Complete all quests in each world. Quests are the best and most convenient way to gain experience. Try to complete all quests in each world. Most players navigate the worlds in the following order:
   • Wizard city
   • Krokotopia
   • Marleybone
   • MooShu
   • Dragonspyre
   • Celestia
   • Zafaria
   • Some people advise to skip the side quests in Wizard City and Kroktopia, as they do not bring enough experience to be worth the time. Whatever you do, try to do all the quests available, starting with Marleybone.
4. 4 Complete quests from Prospector Zeke. Prospector Zeke is located in the central zone of every world, and his quests are among the most rewarding in the game. If you are in a hurry completing quests, then do not forget to talk to Zeke. Most of Zeke's quests are looking for things.
   • Talk to Zeke when you get to each of the worlds, as you can find the things he needs in each zone visited.
5. 5 Use attacks that cost more Pips Each attack costs Pips and the higher the rank, the more Pips it costs. The amount of experience depends on the number of Pips used during the spells:
   • 0 Pips - 3 XP
   • 1 Pip - 3 XP
   • 2 Pips - 6 XP
   • 3 Pips - 9 XP
   • 4 Pips - 12 XP
   • You will gain experience even if your spell fizzles out.
6. 6 Stay ahead in the dungeons. When you get into a tower or dungeon, hit first. If you hit first, it will repeat itself on every floor, which gives you an advantage. If you fail to hit first, press Esc and exit the dungeon. You will not be punished for leaving, and you can enter the dungeon again.
7. 7 Find a high-level friend. If you team up with several high-level wizards, they can teleport you to one of the last dungeons. You will gain experience without participating in battles. Using this method, you can go from level 1 to level 18 in a few minutes.
   • Some of the best dungeons include Labyrinth, Crimson Fields, and Tree of Life.
   • You can enter each dungeon twice. You will get 100% experience on the first run and 50% on the second. After that, you will not gain experience in this dungeon.
   • Try to ask the players for help, but try not to bore with your requests. They will spend their own time on your needs; for some it is a big request.
8. 8 Go back to the old dungeons. When you start to level up, go back to the old dungeons. The experience won't be too high, but you can go through them very quickly.

Tips

• If you play the free version, you can constantly fight the Field Guards in Wizard City. It's slow, but possible up to 20+ levels.
