This article will guide you through finding articles that you or others have hidden from your timeline on Facebook.

Steps

Method 1 of 4: Find your hidden posts on mobile app

1. 

   Open the Facebook app. The app's icon is a white F on a blue background.
   • If asked to sign in, enter your username and password, then tap Log In (Log in).

   Click on the icon of the profile page. This icon, with your profile picture, is located in the upper right corner of your Facebook page.

   Press the button Activity Log (Activity Log). This button is below your username.

   Press the button Filter (Filter). This button is located in the upper left of the screen. This will bring up a list of options.

   Press options Posts You’ve Hidden (Hidden from timeline). All articles hidden from your Facebook timeline will be displayed.
   • You can click on the date to view these hidden posts on the timeline.

Method 2 of 4: Find your hidden posts on computer

   Visit the page Facebook.
   • If asked to sign in, enter your username and password, then tap Log In (Log in).

   Press the button ▼. This button is in the upper left corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear below.

3. 

   Press options Activity Log (Activity Log).

4. 

   Press Posts You’ve Hidden (Hidden from timeline). This link is on the menu on the left side of the screen. A new page containing all posts hidden from your Facebook timeline will be visible.
   • You can click on the date to view these hidden posts on the timeline.

Method 3 of 4: See other people's hidden posts on mobile app

   Open the Facebook app. The app's icon is a white F on a blue background.
   • If asked to sign in, enter your username and password, then tap Log In (Log in).

   Click the search box at the top of the page.

   Enter “Posts from ’ (Articles from). Facebook's search function can find the types of messages and comments made by your friends even though they are hidden from the timeline.

4. 

   Tap a search result. The page will display a list of the posts of the person you search for, including articles hidden from their timeline.
   • Unfortunately, the search results do not distinguish between hidden articles and posts OK appear on other people's profile pages. However, all of their posts will appear.

Method 4 of 4: View other people's hidden articles on the computer
