This wikiHow teaches you how to create a mailing list for mass mailing in Gmail. Note that you cannot create a similar list using the Gmail app on your phone.

Steps

Part 1 of 2: Create mailing list

  1. Visit the Gmail homepage. The path is https://www.mail.google.com/. If you're already signed in to Gmail, open up your inbox.
    • If you are not logged into Gmail, click SIGN IN (SIGN IN) on the top right corner of the page, then enter your email address and password.

  2. Click the button Gmail is in the top left corner of the page, just above the button COMPOSE (COMPOSER).
  3. Click on options Contacts (Phonebook). Soon your Gmail contacts will open in a new tab right in your browser.

  4. Check the small box next to the names you want to add to the list. Point at the photo to the left of the person's name and then check the box when it appears. Repeat this with everyone else.
