This article shows you how to change the ringing time of your Samsung Galaxy phone before an incoming call is forwarded to voicemail.

In brief

1. Open the Phone app.
2. Press the key **61*321**00#.
3. Replace 00 equal 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds.
4. Press the Make Call button.

Steps

1. 

   Open the Phone app on Samsung Galaxy. Find and tap the blue and white phone icon on the Apps menu to open the keyboard.

   Press **61*321**00#. This code will allow you to set the phone's ring time before forwarding to voicemail.

   Instead 00 in the code with the number of seconds you want the phone to ring. When a call comes in, the phone rings for the number of seconds entered, and the call is forwarded to your voicemail.
   • You can choose 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 seconds.
   • For example, if you want the phone to ring for 15 seconds before it is forwarded to voicemail, the keypad code will be **61*321**15#.

   Press the Make Call button. Find and tap the green and white phone icon at the bottom of the screen. This will process the code and automatically set your phone's ring time corresponding to the selected number of seconds. advertisement
