You can use the same string to make your hair. Wrap it in multiple loops to create your hair (puppets typically feature a tidy tip so you don't need to trim it), or apply felt pads to make your hair stand upside down (if glued upright), or scaly. Wow, this is going to be quite interesting! Does your puppet have ears? This is quite easy, you just need to sew the felt fabric wherever you want.

With the arm, thread the catheter inward along the length of the felt cloth, then roll it gently. The catheter will help your puppet get into shape. Attach the top of the arm.
