The Bible says there is one way that leads to heaven. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father but through me." (John 14: 6) You walk this one way as follows: accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and follow God's plans for our lives as recorded in the Bible. Good works alone cannot save you. Only faith in Jesus can save you. “For by his grace you are now saved, because of your faith. But you do not owe that to yourself, it is a gift from God and not a result of your deeds, so no one can boast of it "(Ephesians 2: 8-9)

To step

1. Trust in Jesus Christ today! This is what to do.
2. Admit that you are a sinner and that you need God's help.
   • "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)
   • "Therefore, as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin; so death came to every man, for every man sinned" (Romans 5:12)
   • When we say we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us. (1 John 1:10)
3. Prepare to change your mind and turn from your sins (repent).
   • Jesus said, "I say to you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish." (Luke 13: 5)
4. Believe that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again for you.
   • "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have Eternal Life." (John 3:16)
   • "But God confirms His love to us, that Christ died for us while we were yet sinners." (Romans 5: 8)
   • "For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10: 9)
5. Through prayer you invite Jesus to become your personal Lord and Savior.
   • "For if your heart (core being) believes, you'll be declared righteous; and if your mouth confesses you'll be saved." (Romans 10:10)
   • "For whoso calleth on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)
6. Pray:
   • Dear God, I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sins. I am willing to change and turn from my sins. I now invite Jesus Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior.
   • "But to as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the children of God, to those who believe on His name" (John 1:12)
   • "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away; behold, all things are made new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)
7. If you have received Jesus Christ as your Savior, as a Christian you will need to do the following:
8. Read the Bible every day to get to know Christ better. Read the Holy Bible, the guide and resource for kindness and the right path to eternal life. If you have questions, resolve them by asking someone in your Church to help you.
   • "Study, to be worthy of God's approval. There is no need for shame on one who works, who distributes (applies) the word and truth properly." (2 Timothy 2:15)
   • Your word is a lamp to my feet, a light to my path. (Psalm 119: 105)
9. Speak to God in prayer every day.
   • "And all things whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." (Matthew 21:22)
   • "Be anxious about nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your wishes be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ." (Philippians 4: 6)
   • "But they have not all listened to the good news; for [the prophet] Isaiah says," LORD, WHO BELIEVED OUR REPORT? "So, by hearing one comes to faith, and what one hears is the proclamation of Christ. (Romans 10:17)
10. Be baptized, worship, and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached and where above all else, the Bible is the ultimate authority.
    • "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost, and teaching them to keep all that I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19)
    • "And let us not forsake our gathering together, as is the custom of some, but exhort one another; and so much the more as you see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:25)
    • "All Holy Scriptures are inspired of God and can be used to teach, to refute errors and errors, and to educate to a righteous life, so that a servant of God is fit for his duty:" (2 Timothy 3: 16)
11. Tell others about Christ.
    • And he said to them, "Go out into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." (Mark 16:15)

Method 1 of 1: Two simple keys

1. Learn about Jesus and believe that He died and rose from the dead as your Savior and pray for conversion to the one true God. Say:
   
   “Father God, I change my mind and turn from my sins and reject all my wrong deeds; I follow Your will and am very grateful to You for all that You have done and that I am now freely forgiven and can be saved of punishment for my sins - as Your Divine gift to me. I know You put a new life in me. Thank You for Your generous gifts; for receiving the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name. "
2. Walk in love and tell anyone who wants to hear: "There is one mediator for us; the Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, Lord and Savior for everyone who believes, repents, follows him, and walks in his Spirit:"
   
   "Following Jesus Christ" involves going to Christian meetings with people of the same faith and that you baptized is becoming. You must repent and be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Ghost as a sign of acceptance from Him, for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the promised gift of the Holy Ghost . The five ways to grow your relationship with God are: pray to God, read the Bible, praise, worship, and fast. Jesus and the Holy Spirit show God's love through us through kindness, forgiveness, peacefulness, and a faithful, loving relationship with other believers. (Follow your mind as well as your feeling; don't judge anyone harshly, including yourself; live and walk in the spirit of Christ, in the spirit of God, in faith, hope, and charity. So live in the Spirit. "And I give them. Eternal life; they will never perish, nor will anyone snatch them out of my hand, "Jesus said. That's safety; security.") But, when you are judged (perhaps in your mind only) for a sin - repent, ask God for forgiveness, accept God's forgiveness, expect consequences for some misconduct - and continue as a Child of God, all in the name of Jesus Christ - with God as the one, true Judge who judges all things, both good and bad. God's love is perfect and dispels all fear. "

Tips

• Read the Bible daily.
• Get together regularly with other Christians.
• Join an evangelical church.
• Take discipleship classes in a church so you can learn more about following Jesus.
• When you first read the Bible, or do anything else related to Christ, be sure to read a version of the Bible that is meaningful to you so that the Holy Spirit can speak to you most thoroughly. The King James Version (KJV) is widely used but can be difficult to understand. The New International Version (NIV) is very popular. If you are struggling to figure out which version is most appealing to you, discuss it with other Christians, such as adults in your church or anyone in your life who reads the Bible. You can also google Bible versions to see which ones are easy to understand.

Warnings

• "Nothing can go wrong": your ultimate destiny is set in Christ, but if you make mistakes and feel guilty, you must confess, repent, and ask for forgiveness. Make it up to your friend, neighbors or family. Life is a process and no one is perfect. We all make mistakes, but never let yourself be tempted into bad things.
• Do not take the easy, broad road for at the end awaits evil, destruction and sorrow in our world, and death and pain in the next. Maars follow the way of the master of creation, God, and choose the narrow way of truth, great reward and eternal life.
