This wikiHow teaches you how to upload files to a Discord chat if you're using an Android.

To step

1. Open Discord. This is the light blue icon with a white game controller in the center. You'll usually find these on your home screen or in the app drawer.
2. Tap ☰. It's in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap the server hosting the channel. The icons of all servers are on the left side of the screen. A list of channels appears.
4. Tap the channel. This should be the channel where you want to upload the file.
5. Tap +. It's in the bottom left corner of the screen. This will open your Android's gallery along with icons for other types of files.
6. Tap the file's icon. This is the icon that resembles a sheet of paper with a right corner folded over.
7. Tap the arrow next to the file you want to upload. The arrow is to the right of the file name and points up.
   • You may have to scroll down to find the file you are looking for.
8. Tap the button with the paper plane. It's in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will upload the file to the Discord channel.
   • If someone wants to view the uploaded file, they can tap the icon in the chat.
