So you have the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but you want to know how to unlock all those cool characters! You just need to read this article.

To step

1. Get Ganondorf by playing Classic Mode on the "hard" difficulty setting. You can play as Link or Zelda in Normal, or complete 200 games.
2. Beat Classic Mode in Normal in less than 20 minutes to unlock Captain Falcon. You can also play 70 games.
3. Beat 100 Man Brawl or play 70 matches to unlock Falco.
4. Find Jigglypuff in a secret room in the swamp after completing “Subspace Emissary”. You can also unlock her by playing with any character except Ike in Classic. Another option is to play 350 matches.
5. Unlock Lucario by completing 1-5 "target smashes", play and complete "Subspace Emissary" with Meta Knight, or just play 100 Brawls.
6. Play Mr. Game & Watch freely by playing each character in Classic Mode, or play 250 Brawls.
7. Bounce back 10 Projectiles, or play 5 Brawls and meet Ness in Subspace Emissary. Complete this and unlock it.
8. Play 160 matches or unlock 250 different trophies to win R.O.B. free to play.
9. Beat Classic Mode on Hard with any character to get Toon Link. You can also buy 400 V.S. Brawls. play.
10. To obtain Wolf, do the following: In the level "Iseki" (The Ruins) you have to skip the first door you pass when you are lowered into the pit. Instead, go through the second door at the bottom of the well to unlock Wolf with Fox. You can also play 450 Brawls.
11. Play 15 Brawls on Shadow Moses Island, or play 130 Brawls to unlock Snake.
12. Beat the Subspace Emissary, complete Classic Mode with 10 characters, or play 300 matches to unlock Sonic.
13. Play Classic Mode completely without "continues", or play 22 Brawls, to get Luigi.
14. Beat Classic Mode or unlock 10 Brawls to unlock Marth. You can also unlock it via Subspace Emissary.
