WhatsApp is a unique messaging app that combines the functions of a social network, a messenger and a business application. WhatsApp support cannot be reached by phone. To ask for help, you need to go to the "Contacts" page on the company's website or use the help section in the application itself, if it works. On the site, you can ask questions about the messenger and business functions, general business questions, and fill out a questionnaire. If this does not solve the problem, you can write a letter to the office of the company.

Method 1 of 2: Send an Email to WhatsApp Support

1. 1 To contact support, go to the "Contacts" section. You will be taken to the support page. Here are several categories: WhatsApp Messenger Support, WhatsApp Business Support, WhatsApp Enterprise Solutions, Privacy Policy Questions, General Business Questions, and Legal Entity Address.

4. 4 Copy and paste one of the addresses into the email form. After sending a letter with a question, the answer will come within a few minutes. You will receive confirmation that the letter has been received.
   • Write in the letter your phone number in international format with the country code, and then a question. If you don't know the country code, use the WhatsApp search tool.
5. 5 Email WhatsApp Business Support with questions about using WhatsApp Business. If you are a small business owner and are having difficulty with WhatsApp Business, please send an email describing the problem. Indicate in which cases it occurs, whether the problem can be reproduced, and whether errors occur. Please attach a screenshot and include the phone number in international format.
   • If your email does not contain enough information, WhatsApp Business Support will send a response email asking you to send the required information.

   • Check if the problem is on a smartphone or a computer. If the former, indicate your smartphone model.
   • Do not ask questions that have already been answered in the FAQ section. The specialists, most likely, will not respond to the question from this section.

Warnings

• WhatsApp support does not have a phone number. If her number is allegedly indicated on some website on the Internet, this is most likely a trick of scammers.
