Steps

1. 1 Tie a chain of 4 stitches; with a half-column, connect the last loop to the first. You will have a starting ring.
2. 2 Knit 7 single crochet into the ring; Connect the last column with the first using a half-column. The result is the first circular row of 7 single crochets.
3. 3 Make 2 stitches; knit 1 double crochet at the base of this chain; knit 2 half-double crochets in each loop of the previous row; connect the latter with the first using the usual half-column. The result is a second circular row of 14 half-double crochets.
4. 4 Make 3 stitches; knit 1 double crochet at the base of this chain; knit 2 double crochets in each loop of the previous row; connect the latter with the first using a half-column. The result is a third circular row of 28 double crochets.
5. 5 Make 1 stitch; knit 8 single crochet; make a chain of 13 chain stitches; skip 4 loops and connect the chain to the circle using a half-column. This will create the first ear hole. Work 10 more single crochets; make a chain of 13 chain stitches; skip 4 loops and connect the chain to the circle using a half-column; knit 3 single crochet; connect the last and first columns of the circular row with a half-column. The hat will begin to take on a slightly convex shape - this is just what you need.
6. 6 Make 1 stitch, knit 7 single crochets. Please note: when tying the holes for the ears, the posts are knitted by the chain (that is, directly into the hole formed by it). Work 16 single crochets into the hole; 1 single crochet in each loop of the previous row to the second hole; 16 single crochet in the second hole; 3 single crochet; connect the last and first columns of the circular row with a half-column; cut and secure the thread. Thread the end of the thread into the knitting with a yoke needle.
   
   Additional explanation:Work 1 stitch, knit 1 single crochet into the next 7 stitches. Work 16 single crochets in a chain of 13 stitches. Work 1 single crochet in each stitch of the previous row to the next chain. Work 16 single crochets in a chain of 13 sts. Tips

• You can make the cap fit under the chin. Cut off 15 cm of yarn, tie to the middle of one of the ear holes, try on the hat on the cat to determine the correct length of thread. While holding this place with your fingers, step back about 2.5 cm (so that the knotted fastener is not tight) and cut off the excess thread.
