Steps

Method 1 of 2: How to copy as an image

  1. 1 Open or create an Excel file. To do this, double-click the green X-shaped icon, then click File in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and then:

    • or click New to create a new table.
  2. 2 Hold down the left mouse button.
  3. 3 Move the mouse pointer over the desired cells. This will highlight the cells you want.
