Method 1 of 2: On an iPhone or iPad

1. 1 Launch Snapchat by tapping the yellow white ghost icon.
   • If you are not automatically logged in, do so by entering your username and password.
2. 2 Tap the Memories button. It's a small white circle under the capture button at the bottom of the screen. Tap it to go to the Memories page.
3. 3 Tap and hold the picture. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen with the options "Edit Snap", "Export", "Private" or "Delete Snap".
4. 4 Tap Export. The iOS menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
5. 5 Tap Save Image. A “Saved!” Notification will appear at the top of the screen. The snapshot will be saved in the device's gallery.

Method 2 of 2: On Android

1. 1 Launch Snapchat by tapping the yellow white ghost icon.
   • If you are not automatically logged in, do so by entering your username and password.
2. 2 Tap the Memories button. It's a small white circle under the capture button at the bottom of the screen. Tap it to go to the Memories page.
3. 3 Tap and hold the picture. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen with the options "Edit Snap", "Save to Camera Roll", "Private" or "Delete Snap".
4. 4 Tap Save to Camera Roll. The snapshot will be saved in the device's gallery.
