There is a possibility of self-production of cheap bulk paints. Here are just a few easy ways to do it.
Ingredients
Method 1:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 glass of water
Method 2:
- 1 tablespoon sifted flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 7 teaspoons of water
- Food color of choice
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Cold flour mixture
- 1 Mix together flour, salt and half of the water in a bowl.
- 2 Add tempera paint.
- 3 Pour in the remaining water slowly. Don't use all the water unless you want the paint to be too watery.
- 4 Pour paint into the tubular dispenser, use a funnel if necessary.
- 5 Squeeze paint onto paper with a dispenser to create a pattern or design. Let it dry. Then you can touch it. It looks really cool!
Method 2 of 2: Drawing the mixture in the microwave
- 1 Pour flour and salt into a bowl and add water.
- 2 Add a drop or two of paint to add color. Increase the amount of paint if necessary.
- 3 Mix well. Mix until there are no lumps in the dye mixture.
- 4 Draw a drawing with the mixture.
- 5 Make the drawing three-dimensional. When done, place the drawing in the microwave for 25 seconds. Pull out carefully. Heat will swell the paint.
- 6 You can show. To help the design last longer, consider strengthening it with a suitable sealing spray.
Tips
- To achieve the desired shade, add more or less paint.
- Adjust the amount of flour, salt and water depending on how much paint you need.
Warnings
- Be careful not to get paint in your eyes.
- It is recommended that children aged 8 and under do this under parental supervision.
- The paints are not edible, so keep them out of the reach of small children.
What do you need
- Tubular dispenser of any type for paint
