Pineapple juice is a delicious and healthy drink. It contains bromelain, which improves digestion, making it ideal for completing a meal. Pineapple juice is also rich in vitamin C. When you make your own juice, you don't need to add a lot of sugar. Your juice will be preservative-free, but most importantly, it will be fresh and nutritious.
Ingredients
- Large fresh pineapple, no stains
- 2 tsp (10 g) sugar
Steps
- 1 Slice off the leafy top of the pineapple, then peel off the sides.
- 2 Cut the pineapple into small pieces, discarding the core. The pieces should be about the size of sugar cubes.
- 3 Place the pineapple slices in a blender / juicer.
- 4 Add 2 tsp. l. Sahara. This step is optional, but the added sweetness helps remove the pineapple's slight astringency.
- 5 Beat for 1-3 minutes. Whisking time depends on whether you want pineapple chunks in the juice.
- 6 Pour the juice into a glass. Do not pour over the top. Serve and enjoy.

- Add ice to soften and cool the juice.
