Method 1 of 2: Windows

1. 1 Display the search bar. If near the Start menu no search bar, click ⊞ Win+Sto display it.
2. 2 Enter mouse. A list of matching search results appears.
3. 3 Press Mouse options. It's an option with a gear image on the left side of the window.
4. 4 Scroll down and click on Additional mouse options. This option is located at the bottom, in the right pane.
5. 5 Click on the tab Pointer parameters at the top of the window.
6. 6 Find out the mouse sensitivity under the heading "Move". In addition to cursor sensitivity, there is also an option "Enable increased pointer positioning precision".If there is a checkmark next to this option, the system will recognize the moments when you need more precise mouse movements (for example, if you start moving the cursor very slowly), and will automatically increase the sensitivity.

1. 1 Click on the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.

3. 3 Press Mouse. It's a white mouse icon in the second row of options.
4. 4 Click on the tab Select and press at the top of the window.
5. 5 Find out the mouse sensitivity under the heading "Move Speed". Move the slider to the right to move the cursor faster, or to the left to slow it down.
