This article will show you how to list and sell products on your Facebook business page using the ShopTab app. You can also use the Messenger app to request money from customers and friends.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: ShopTab

1. 1 Open up ShopTab website.
2. 2 Click Start Your Free Trial. It's an orange button in the top-right corner of the page.
3. 3 Click Get started with a 7 Day Free Trial. It's another orange button on the left side of the page.
4. 4 Select the type of account. From the Plan Selected menu at the top of the page, select one of the following three accounts:
   • "Standard" - $ 10 (650 rubles) per month. You can use the basic functions of ShopTab, including one Facebook page and a maximum of 500 items on display.
   • Expanded - 15 dollars (1000 rubles) per month. Includes 3 Facebook pages and 1000 products.
   • "Ultimate" (Maximum) - $ 20 (1400 rubles) per month. Includes 5 Facebook pages and 5,000 products.
5. 5 Enter your account information. Enter:
   • Your name and surname.
   • Your company name (optional).
   • Your address.
   • Your email address.
   • ShopTab password.
6. 6 Select a Payment Method. Choose one of two options:
   • Visa - bank card. Here you need to enter information about the card.
   • PayPal is a PayPal account.We recommend choosing PayPal if you care about the security of online transactions.
7. 7 Click Create My Account. If you selected the PayPal option, verify your PayPal account information by logging into your PayPal account when prompted.
8. 8 Click Install App when prompted. This green button will appear in your ShopTab account window.
9. 9 Click Continue as Your Name>. Facebook will install the ShopTab app to your account.
   • If you are not logged into Facebook in an open browser, please enter your email address and password first.
10. 10 Click OK twice.
11. 11 Click Connect to the left of the page you want to use with ShopTab. If you don't have a Facebook business page yet, create one.
12. 12 Go to the connected page. The Shop tab appears on the left side (below the image and title).
13. 13 Click Shop.
14. 14 Click on Add Product. If this option is not available, refresh the page in five to ten minutes.
    • Alternatively, you can click Admin to display the Add Product option.
15. 15 Enter your product information. When you do this, the product is ready to be listed and sold on Facebook. Please note that Facebook will first verify the legitimacy of your products and only then will they become available to the general public.

Method 2 of 2: Facebook Messenger (iOS / Android)

1. 1 Launch the Messenger app. Tap the blue speech cloud icon on a white background on your home screen.
   • If you're not already signed in to Messenger, use your Facebook credentials or phone number to do so.
2. 2 Select the user you want to receive payment from.
3. 3 Tap the username at the top of the page. If you have opened a group chat, click on the group name.
4. 4 Tap Send or Request Money.
5. 5 Click Next.
6. 6 Tap the Request tab. It's at the top of the page.
7. 7 Enter the amount to be paid. For example, if a user owes you 50 rubles, enter "50." (with a dot).
8. 8 Enter a reason for your request. This step is optional but recommended.
9. 9 Click Request at the top right of the screen. Payment request will be sent. Please note that the selected user must register a debit card with Messenger before being able to send a payment.
   • Messenger does not accept credit cards.

Tips

• You can also use the Messenger payment feature on your computer on Facebook.

Warnings

• Close your ShopTab account when you stop using this service. Remember that the free trial is valid for 7 days.
