Brownie is a delicious chocolate treat. However, cooking them in the oven is a long process. You can microwave brownies, which will take less time and will not affect their taste.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 g) flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder
- 55 g butter
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
Steps
- 1 Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- 2 Add eggs and milk.
- 3 Add butter and stir.
- 4 Brush a microwave safe dish with oil or cooking oil and pour the mixture into it.
- 5 Cook in the microwave for 15 minutes. The exact amount of time depends on your microwave oven.
- 6 Garnish with chocolate syrup.
- 7 Enjoy!
Tips
- The brownie grows in size, so place a saucer under the cup just in case.
- Pour milk very slowly to avoid splashing.
