Steps

1. 1 Connect your flash drive to a USB port on your Xbox 360.
2. 2 Go to your Xbox dashboard as shown in the image below.
3. 3 Please select System Settings, and then Storageas shown in the picture below.
4. 4 Please select USB Storage Deviceto convert.
5. 5 You will be asked Configure Now or Customize, it is recommended to choose Configure Now (will do everything for you). But if you would like to also continue to use the flash drive for other content, then adjust the amount of memory that you would like to use for game content by selecting Customize.If you choose Configure Now, skip the next step.
   • To adjust the amount of memory, select Customize and set the volume using the left stick.
6. 6 The configuration will take a few minutes. Once this is done, your USB flash drive will now be named Memory Unit (storage device) and can be used to store Xbox 360 game content. (When you start the game, you will be prompted for where to save your achievements, allowing you to save on a new storage device.) You will have to reconfigure your storage device as soon as you turn your Xbox on and off.

Warnings

• If you would like to use the entire flash drive for Xbox 360 game content, you must use a blank flash drive. Setting up a flash drive erases the content on the device.
