Peg Solitaire is a very popular single player board game that has a lot of holes in the board in the form of a plus sign. There are pegs for all holes except one. The goal is to clear the board of all but one of the pegs.

Steps

1. 1 The playing field is shaped like a plus sign +.
2. 2 Let's denote the game part of the board as shown (zeros are pegs, small dots are empty holes).
3. 3 The goal is to slide the peg over the other peg and into the hole. You can only walk horizontally or vertically. A peg that has moved over another peg can be removed. The left image shows the situation before the move - the correct image after the move. The move itself must be done from right to left.
4. 4 Thus, you must remove the pegs from the game board move by move. The goal is to have only one remaining peg at the end, preferably in the middle of the board, in the center. This is the inverse of the original board (you can see the original board).
5. 5 Please note that there are four side zones on a board (size 3x2) and one zone center of the board (3x3).
6. 6 Start at the side zone and peel off one side of the peg, then work each side until you clear four zones. The arrow points to the left. This arrow covers the entire center area.
7. 7 The trick is, you have to clear each of the four zones the same way, so you have to memorize the steps right away.
8. 8 Make the first move to the left into the middle hole. The game board is shown here; zeros are pegs, dots are holes.
9. 9 You should now clear the area of ​​the zone. Clean the right side. Take the pegs from top to bottom:
10. 10 This is an important step. It consists in untying the right side part.
11. 11 Move from corner to middle:

13. 13 Now you must free the lone peg in the corner. Approach it on the left:

15. 15 It's fun. Now consider how the right side of the area is cleared. There are as yet (almost) no pegs left in this area.
16. 16 Repeat steps in the next side area. To facilitate this task, you can flip the entire board 90 ° to the right (clockwise).
17. 17 Now you will see that you need to clear the right area again and you should do it in the same steps. So you can compare the steps above and below now.
18. 18 You must take the peg at the bottom from the top. Remember, this is your first step in the process.
19. 19 Move from the corner to the left.
20. 20 Move to the corner again from the bottom.
21. 21 Move the lone peg to the corner.
22. 22 And move it back to the center. Wow! Let's consider this area vacated.
23. 23 Rotate the board 90 ° to the right again!
24. 24 Follow the same procedure again. From top to bottom (first step):

27. 27 Move around and get a corner peg.
28. 28 Go back to the middle. View the vacated area. Rotate the board 90 ° to the right again.
29. 29 Peel one side to the left.
30. 30 Move down from the top (1st).

32. 32 From the bottom right corner to the corner.
33. 33 Now you will get your peg in the corner again.
34. 34 And get a lone peg towards the center.
35. 35 Rotate the board another 90 °.
36. 36 You should now move as the arrow shows.
37. 37 Walk with the peg, starting at the end of the arrow, make one circle around the arrow: up, right, down twice, left and up again.
38. 38 The position is formed after performing a circle around the arrow: T-shape.
39. 39 Now move the center of the pegs up, the left peg to the center, then the two bottom pegs, and then the two remaining pegs down.
40. 40 You have completed the game and there is one peg in the center. Please note that the remaining peg is the peg that made the first move in the game.

Tips

• Later you can do it all yourself, learn the game by heart. You don't have to rotate the board 90 °, you can move right away.
