Learn how to turn off the iCloud Drive feature and app in this article.

Steps

1. 1 Open the Settings app. The icon for this application looks like a gray gear and is usually located on the home screen (or in the Utilities folder).
2. 2 Scroll down to the fourth group of options and then tap iCloud.
3. 3 Click iCloud Drive.
4. 4 Slide the switch on iCloud Drive to the left to the Off position. It will turn gray to indicate that iCloud Drive is disabled.
   • As soon as you turn off the "iCloud Drive" function, the application of the same name disappears from the main screen.

Tips

• Disabling iCloud Drive will not affect your storage content (documents, photos, etc.).

Warnings

• If you turn on the "iCloud Drive" function, the application of the same name will reappear on the home screen.
