Steps
1 Come up with a pleasant theme that better relates to nature. For example, a waterfall. 
2 Come up with keywords to describe the image that appears before your eyes.
Start composing a poem. The main plus in free verse is that you need to worry about the rhyme (as in a regular poem), length (as in a haiku) or for the beginning (as in an acrostic). However, it is very important that your verse flows naturally. For example: Endless waterfall"The sound of pouring water caresses my ears, a stunning voice; sparkling blue makes me in awe ... this divine beauty I will remember forever."

- Use synonyms to avoid repeating words. The same words will sound ugly and will cut your ears.
2 Remember that free verse goes through phrases in structure. Each new phrase from a new line.
Tips
- Use a lot of metaphors, alliterations, similes, and impersonations to impress a teacher with your poetic talent. But do not overdo it, otherwise it will be difficult for the reader to perceive what is written.
- Soothing free verses are written on the basis of the natural flow of thoughts, write whatever comes to mind, the main thing is, do not deviate from the main topic. Very rarely, a free verse illuminates any action. If you write “lightning struck violently without warning”, this is a description of nature using impersonation. This is a great way to write free verse, but there is too much action in it. Better to write: "I see the white light of a thunderstorm flickering where I live." This tone is more soothing and serene.
