Tips
- If your muscles are aching, do half-strength.
- If you want to do aerobics and dumbbell exercises separately, start with aerobics to warm up your muscles. This will keep you safe from injury.
- If you are overweight, start with a slower aerobic exercise program.
- If you have CDs, ask the instructor if you can take them with you.
