This article will show you how to convert your PowerPoint presentation to PDF.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Using PowerPoint
1 Open your PowerPoint presentation. To do this, click on the orange and white icon with the letter "P". Then, on the menu bar, click File> Open.
2 Click on File from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3 Open the dropdown menu Export.
- On Windows, click Create PDF / XPS Document and then click Create PDF / XPS.
- On Mac OS X, open the File Format drop-down menu and choose PDF.
4 Enter a name for the file.
5 Click on Save (Windows) or Export (Mac OS X). The PowerPoint presentation will be saved as a PDF document in the specified folder.
Method 2 of 2: Using Google Slides
1 Go to the page http://slides.google.comhttp://slides.google.com. Click the link or enter the address in a web browser.
- If you are not automatically signed in, please do so or create a free Google account.
2 Click the icon
. This icon is located at the bottom right of the page. A new presentation will be created.
3 Click on File in the upper left corner of the window.
4 Click on Open.
5 Go to the tab loading at the top of the window.
6 Click on Select a file on your computer in the center of the window.
7 Select the PowerPoint presentation you want to convert.
8 Click on File in the upper left corner of the window.
9 Click on Download as.
10 Click on PDF document.
11 Enter a name for the document and click Save. The PowerPoint presentation will be saved as a PDF document.
