1. 1 Click on the Finder icon to open a new Finder window.

4. 4 Enter a search term and press Enter to start searching for files that match the type of your choice.

Tips

• In OS X Lion, you can launch Launchpad using shortcuts or hot corners by configuring them in System Preferences.
• Switch between applications in Launchpad by pressing and holding the mouse cursor and moving it left or right, or use two fingers on the trackpad.
