Opera Mini is an all too familiar web browser today. However, this browser cannot download videos from YouTube down. Today we will learn tips for doing that.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: By changing the URL

1. 

   Access YouTube website.

2. 

   
   
   Locate the YouTube search bar and enter the name of the video you want to download.

3. 

   
   
   Select the desired video from the list of search results. Note: do not click watch video.

4. 

   
   
   Go to the address bar of the browser - where enter the URL. You should see addresses that begin with (m.)

5. 

   Delete (m.) and enter (ss) (without period).

6. 

   Click OK. A new page will open, where you can download the video.

7. 

   Select the desired format and click the download button.

8. 

   Opera Mini will ask for a path to download the file. Please select the link and download the video!

Method 2 of 2: By Javascript

1. 

   Open the Opera Mini browser.

2. 

   Access YouTube

3. 

   Select "Bookmarks (# 5)" on opera mini. Note: # 5 is a shortcut only available in opera mini 6 and up.

4. 

   Bookmark and name the bookmark as YouTube download.

5. 

   Replace the URL with javascript. You can find this programming language on blogspot.

6. 

   Save the bookmark.

7. 

   Select the desired video on YouTube.

8. 

   Scroll down and choose either desktop or standard view.

9. 

   Access browser settings and turn on options single column view (single column view) up.

10. 

    Reload the web page.

11. 

    Select Saved Bookmark.

12. 

    You will see a download box appear below. Click the download button, save the path and the file will be downloaded!

• You can follow the first way (change the URL directly) to download YouTube videos to your computer.
