This is an article that shows you how to prepare, film, and post videos on YouTube. You can shoot regular or high quality video as you like; If you don't want to build a specific scenario for your video, see the end of the article for how to upload a video to YouTube.

Steps

Method 1 of 5: Prepare before filming

1.

   Add a title and description for the video. Enter a title for the video in the "Title" box, then enter a description (optional) in the box below the title.

   Touch UPLOAD (Upload). This is the option in the upper-right corner of the screen. After this, your video will be uploaded to YouTube.

Method 5 of 5: Upload videos to YouTube using mobile site (for iOS)

1. 

   Open the Photos app. Tap the Share icon. This shows you the options in the share menu.

   Tap on the YouTube icon. If you don't see this, swipe the first selection line right and select MORE. Make sure YouTube is selected.
   • If you're not signed in to YouTube, you'll need to choose your account, and then enter your email address and password when asked to continue.
   • If you want to do advanced editing operations before uploading a video, transfer the video to your computer first and edit here. In this case, you should upload the video to YouTube using a computer.

   Enter a title and description and adjust your video quality and privacy settings.

   Tap the "Upload" or "Publish" icon. This is the option in the upper-right corner of the screen. This will upload your video to YouTube.

Advice

• Avoid thinking that you'll be famous overnight. It takes time for others to discover your creative potential in the millions of channels available on YouTube.
• Always think positives about your channel and while recording a video, especially when you choose to go live, to attract more people to watch the video.
• Avoid buying expensive cameras (such as DSLRs) unless you know how to use them.

• Not plagiarizing other people's ideas.
• Like every popular website with user-generated content, YouTube is full of bullying, teasing, and people who want to bury you. If ignoring is not enough, you can turn off video commenting.
