Method 1 of 2: Use iCloud

1.

Method 2 of 2: Use iTunes

1. 

   Connect your iPhone to your computer and launch iTunes. The program can start automatically as soon as you connect your iPhone to your computer.
   • If you do not have iTunes installed, you can download it for free at.

   Click the iPhone icon at the top of the iTunes screen. It may take a while for this button to appear.
   • If this is your first time connecting your iPhone to your computer, you must click on the option "Trust" or "Trust" that appears on the phone screen.

   Click.Back Up Now in the Summary section. iTunes will start creating a complete backup from your iPhone, including your contact list. You can also use this backup to reset iPhone and restore the entire contact list.
