If you've played Kingdom Hearts 2, you probably know the sea salt ice cream that Axel, Roxas and Xion often eat. Have you ever wanted to make this cream yourself? Fortunately you can still follow these instructions yourself!

Resources

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of milk
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• Sea salt (not the usual salt)
• Blue and green food coloring

Steps

1. 

   Split the eggs. You will separate the yolks and egg whites into each bowl.

   Beat the egg whites until the cotton is hard.

3. 

   Place the sugar in a bowl with the yolk and stir well.

4. 

   
   
   Pour the milk into a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir hands well.

5. 

   Pour the milk into the yolk and sugar mixture and stir well.

   Put the mixture in a saucepan and cook until thick enough to be filled with custard.

7. 

   Pour the custard mixture into the whipped egg whites and stir well.

8. 

   Now comes the important step - adding sea salt. You need a balance between sweetness and salty taste. Don't add too much salt to feel unwell because of the salty taste.

9. 

   Refrigerate the mixture. In the meantime, you can continue playing Kingdom Hearts 2 or Birth by Sleep!

10. 

    When the mixture is cold, add the unsweetened concentrated whipped cream and vanilla essence.

11. 

    Add 12 drops of blue food coloring and 3 drops of green food coloring.

    Pour mixture into ice cream mold and freezer or follow ice cream maker instructions. Thank you for making the sea salt ice cream. Just don't climb the tower to eat ice cream like in the game! advertisement

• Don't force your friends to be Xion, Roxas and Axel to climb a tall ice cream tower
