WhatsApp is a unique messaging app that combines social networking, messaging, and business service. Unlike many businesses, WhatsApp does not have a working phone number, so you must visit their contact page on the website or use in-app help (if possible). On the website, you can email to ask questions related to message support, business support, general business inquiries and conduct surveys. If the above methods are not feasible, you can still write to the WhatsApp corporate office.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: Send email to WhatsApp

1. 

   Select “Get in Touch” to access the help page. You will redirect to the support page with various categories listed including: "WhatsApp Messenger Support" (WhatsApp Messenger Support), "WhatsApp Business Support" (WhatsApp Business Support), "WhatsApp Enterprise Solutions" (WhatsApp Business Solutions), “Privacy Policy Questions”, “General Business Questions” and the WhatsApp corporate office address.

   Select "contact us" (contact us) below the WhatsApp Messenger Support heading. You will redirect to a page that explains how to contact WhatsApp with your phone. To get in touch with them via the mobile app, open the app, go to settings> help> contact us (contact us).
   • If the application is having technical problems then you will not be able to do this but need to use a computer (if possible).
   • Your problem may already be asked in the FAQ (frequently asked questions) section, so you should visit this page first.

   Enter a specific email address for the device you are using. The options listed by model depend on the version of the operating system you're using WhatsApp (Android, iPhone, Windows Phone, Web, Desktop and others).

   • Web or Desktop: [email protected]

   Copy and paste the email address into the email form to contact WhatsApp. When you send an email, they will respond within a few minutes with a message saying your message has been received.
   • In the email you need to include your phone number (in full international format with area code) and question. If you are unsure of the country area code, use WhatsApp's search engine.

   Send an email to WhatsApp Business support regarding WhatsApp Business related issues. If you are a small business owner having problems with WhatsApp Business, email support about what's not working, when do you experience the problem, whether the issue repeats and the errors that you encounter (if any). Provides your screenshots and phone numbers in full international format.
   • If the email content does not include enough information, WhatsApp Business Support will respond that you need to add the above information to the request.

6. 

   Email the chat log to the WhatsApp business support team. If you can't open WhatsApp, you'll need to email your usage log to let them diagnose the problem you're having.
   • Open WhatsApp, then press the Menu button> Settings> Help> Contact us. Enter a description of the problem in the data field, then click Next> This does not answer my question.

Method 2 of 2: Send mail to WhatsApp

1. 

   Write to WhatsApp headquarters if technology disappoints you. If your phone and computer no longer work and you lose your Internet connection, writing a letter is the last resort.

   State your concerns in the letter. Just as when composing an email, you need to include your phone number (in international format with area code) and the specific issue you're having with your WhatsApp account.

   Describe what was not working and the error message you received. The WhatsApp support team needs to know when you get the error and whether the situation repeats.
   • For example, you can write (in English): “Why does my screen in WhatsApp video call keep freezing? It's been happening every time I make a video call. How can I fix this? ” (Why is my WhatsApp video call screen frozen? This happens every time I make a video call. How can I fix it?) And leave the phone number in international format.
   • Another example of a questioning message: “My phone keeps telling me I have WhatsApp messages when I in. It started about a week ago telling me there was one. This is happening every day now. How do I fix this? ” (My phone keeps telling me I have WhatsApp messages when I don't.This happened once about a week ago and now it happens every day. How do I fix it?)
   • Let them know that you are expecting support with messaging for a particular phone model or desktop application.
   • Do not ask that coincides with an issue already in the FAQ section. Customer support will give priority to reporting problems and not answer questions already in the FAQ.
