This wikiHow teaches you how to log out of the LINE app on an iPhone or iPad. While there is no opt-out option in LINE, iOS 11 and later users can opt-out by cleaning up the app in the storage settings.

To step

1. Open the settings of your iPhone or iPad Tap on General.
2. Scroll down and tap iPhone storage or iPad storage. You will find this option in the middle of the menu. A list of installed apps will appear.
3. Scroll down and tap LINE. A screen appears with information about the app size.
4. Tap on Clean up app. It's the blue link in the center of the screen. This will delete LINE from your iPhone or iPad without erasing your data. A confirmation message will appear.
   • You can just download LINE again when you are ready to log back in.
5. Tap on Clean up app to confirm. You are now logged out of LINE and the app has been removed.
   • When you're ready to log back in, download LINE from the App Store and then log in normally.
