- 1 bunch of beetroot, oven baked and peeled
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces

- Salt and pepper
- Lettuce

- 1 bunch of beetroot, boiled and peeled
- 2 eggs

- 1/3 cup of grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 clove of minced garlic
