This article will teach you how to cancel a Pandora paid subscription so that you can cancel your monthly payments. Canceling a subscription for Pandora is quite complicated as it requires you to use the platform you were using when you signed up with Pandora, but it is possible.

To step

Method 1 of 5: Via Pandora's website

1. Open Pandora. Go to https://www.pandora.com/ in a browser. If you are logged into your Pandora account, this will open the Pandora website with your account name (or email address) in the top right corner of the page.
   • If you are not logged into your Pandora account, click "Login" in the top right corner, then enter your email address and password and click "Login".
   • Remember that this method will only work if you are logged in to Pandora with your computer through the Pandora website.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear.
   • You may also see your name or e-mail address here.
3. click on Settings. This option is in the drop-down menu. This will open the Settings page for your account.
4. click on Subscription. This option is on the left side of the page.
5. click on Change plan. This will display information about your Pandora subscription.
6. click on Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page. Depending on your browser, you may have to scroll down to see it.
   • If you don't see this option, you are probably logged in to Pandora through another platform (e.g. on a smartphone or Amazon). You will have to use that platform to stop Pandora.
7. Enter your password when prompted. This is the password you use to log in to Pandora.
8. Follow all on-screen instructions to confirm. Usually entering your password in the previous step will confirm that you wish to cancel your Pandora account, but if you are asked to complete a questionnaire or click additional options, you must do this to cancel it of the account.
   • Yes Pandora subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Method 2 of 5: Via Apple ID on iPhone

1. Open the Settings Press your Apple ID. This is the top item on the Settings page.
2. Press iTunes & App Store in the middle of the page.
3. Press your Apple ID at the top of the "iTunes & App Store" page. This will bring up a pop-up menu.
4. Press View Apple ID in the pop-up menu.
5. When prompted, enter your Apple ID password or Touch ID. Enter the password you use to sign in to your Apple ID account or scan your Touch ID fingerprint. This will open the Apple ID page.
6. Press Subscriptions at the bottom of the page. Some iPhones require you to scroll down first to see this option.
7. Select it Pandora subscription. This will open the Pandora subscription page.
8. Press Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
9. Follow all on-screen instructions to confirm. Once you have confirmed that you wish to cancel your Pandora subscription, your billing will not be renewed during the next period.
   • Your Pandora subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Method 3 of 5: Via Google Play on Android

1. Open the Press ☰ in the top left corner of the screen. This will bring up a pop-out menu.
2. Press Account. This option is in the pop-out menu, although you may need to scroll down the pop-out menu first.
3. Press Subscriptions on the "Account" page. This will display a list of your current subscriptions, including Pandora's subscriptions.
4. Press CANCEL under the heading "Pandora" or "Pandora Music".
5. Follow all on-screen instructions to confirm. Once you have completed the cancellation process, Pandora will no longer automatically renew your subscription at the start of a new billing period.
   • Your Pandora subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Method 4 of 5: Via Amazon on Kindle Fire

1. Open the Apps page. This tab is on the Start screen.
2. Press Store on the Apps page. You may have to scroll down to find this option. This will open the Kindle Fire Store app.
3. Press My subscriptions in the "Store" menu.
   • You may have to press "⋮" on this page to find "My Subscriptions" first.
4. Press Pandora in the list of current subscriptions.
5. Turn off automatic renewal. To turn off automatic renewal of a Pandora subscription, press the colored "Auto Renewal" switch.
6. Follow all on-screen instructions to confirm. Once the cancellation procedure has been confirmed, your Pandora subscription will no longer be automatically renewed.
   • Your Pandora subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Method 5 of 5: Via Roku

1. Open the Roku Home page. To do this, press the "Home" button (shaped like a house) on your Roku remote.
2. Find the Pandora channel. This should be on your Roku's Home screen, but you may have to scroll to find it.
   • You don't have to open your Pandora channel to cancel your subscription.
3. Select the Pandora channel. Use your Roku remote to highlight (don't open) the Pandora channel.
4. Press the star-shaped "Options" button on your Roku remote. This will display a menu.
5. Select Manage subscription. This will display information about your Pandora subscription.
6. Select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the information window.
7. Follow all on-screen instructions. You will likely be asked to choose whether or not to keep the channel on your Roku until the billing period is up and you may be required to enter your Pandora password. Once you have completed these steps, your Pandora subscription will be canceled.
   • Your Pandora subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Tips

• If you wish to request a refund from Pandora, please email "[email protected]" with the subject "Auto Renewal Refund". Refunds are not guaranteed, but you may get your money back if your subscription renews itself automatically shortly before you terminated your account.

Warnings

• You cannot cancel your Pandora subscription from the Pandora mobile app, and you cannot use a mobile browser to cancel through the Pandora webpage.
