Drawing an Animé face like a pro is something you can learn at home yourself. With a little patience and practice, you can learn your own desired Animé drawing style by taking the following steps. Let's start!

Method 1 of 3: A woman's face

1. Draw lightly and sketch a circle for the head.
2. Sketch a line from the top of the circle to the point where you want the chin to be to define the center of the face.
3. Complete the shape of the head by outlining the shape of the jaws / cheeks / cheekbones along with the chin.
4. Sketch lines to determine where the eyes, nose and mouth should be.
5. Sketch additional lines as a guide for defining the eyes and ears.
6. Sketch the details of the face and use the lines as a guide.
7. Sketch lines for the hair, neck and torso as needed.
8. Draw accessories, ornaments, etc...
9. Use a pencil with a sharp point for the finer drawing and add more detail.
10. Draw outlines using the detailed sketch.
11. Remove the sketch lines for a cleaner, sharper-outlined drawing.
12. Indicate the base color of the drawing.
13. Apply additional color as a shadow to complete the drawing.

Method 2 of 3: A man's face

1. Draw the head.
2. Complete the shape of the head by outlining the shape of the jaws / cheeks / cheekbones along with the chin.
3. Sketch lines to determine where the eyes, nose and ears should be.
4. Draw the details of the face and ears.
5. Sketch the hair and the line of the hair.
6. Draw accessories.
7. Use a pencil with a sharp point for the finer drawing and add more detail.
8. Sketch the outlines.
9. Remove the sketch lines for a cleaner, sharper-outlined drawing.
10. Indicate the base color of the drawing.
11. Apply additional color as a shadow to complete the drawing.

Method 3 of 3: Method three: A young girl

1. Draw a circle, and draw a line from the top of the circle to the point where you want the chin to be. You can make this line longer or shorter to indicate different characters.
2. Draw the line for the eyes - this looks like half-closed eyes. Again, the appearance of the eyes will depend on the character of your character. Young girls' eyes are often slightly larger while those of boys and adults are often somewhat smaller, more pinched; but that's totally up to you. Eyes are one of the most important features of Manga, they say a lot about personality and state of mind. Pinched eyes can indicate anger or thoughtfulness. When they become rounder and larger, they look more open and surprised. Eyes that are wide open with small pupils show fear.
3. Finish the rest of the face. A straight or curved nose, a small mouth. A boy's nose is usually bigger: when you want to indicate pleasure, the eyebrows are raised and round, slanted brows show anger, raised slanted brows show surprise, etc.
4. Draw the hair. This is the fun part! Anime / manga hair is really unique and can be made however you want.
5. Trace your drawing with pen and ink and in color, possibly - traditionally you do this with watercolor and ink, but you can also do this with the computer. Experiment with different media.
