While Twitter itself does not inform the user about the unsubscribe, there are tons of other apps that can correct this omission. Free apps like Statusbrew and WhoFollowedMe keep track of those users who have unsubscribed from your personal account on the monitoring page. If you want to implement a business solution, sign up for a paid account (or activate the premium Twitter Counter service). Last but not least, if you'd like to receive daily unsubscribed emails that day, use a service like TwittaQuitta or Zebraboss.

Steps

Method 1 of 7: Use a Crowdfire site

1. 1 Go to Crowdfire. Open your browser and go to the Crowdfire website.
2. 2 Log in to Crowdfire via Twitter. Click the blue "Sign in with Twitter" button to sign in. Enter your Twitter username and password. Then click “Sign in” to go to the Crowdfire home page.
3. 3 Select the "Recent Unfollowers" view mode. The Crowdfire home page supports multiple view modes. They can be selected on the left side of the page. By default, "No Followers" mode is displayed. To see who has unsubscribed from you, select the top line.
   • You will then be redirected to a page that displays a list of Twitter users who have unsubscribed from you. You will see their names in the central part of the page.

Method 2 of 7: Use the Statusbrew mobile app

1. 1 Install Statusbrew Twitter Followers from Statusbrew. Statusbrew is a free app that lets you keep track of who has unfollowed you on Twitter. Install it from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
   • Statusbrew lets you follow one Twitter account for free, but you have to pay to add more.
2. 2 Run Statusbrew.
3. 3 Click Sign Up.
   • If you are already registered with Statusbrew, click Sign in to sign in to your account.
4. 4 Click Sign up with Twitter.
5. 5 Enter your Twitter nickname and password.
6. 6 Click Authorize app.
7. 7 Swipe left to skip tutorial. If this is your first time running Statusbrew, you will have to scroll through a few tabs describing its features.
8. 8 Press "X" on the last tutorial screen. The monitoring page will open in front of you.
   • The next time you launch Statusbrew, it will open directly to the monitoring page.
9. 9 Click on your Twitter nickname.
10. 10 Click on "New Unfollowers". This will list the names of all users who have unfollowed your Twitter account since the last time you launched the app.
    • If this is your first time running Statusbrew, the unsubscribed list will be empty. This is because the app has just started tracking your Twitter followers.

Method 3 of 7: Use Statusbrew on your computer

1. 1 Launch your browser. Statusbrew is an open source site (and mobile app) that allows you to track Twitter followers.
   • You can follow one Twitter account for free in Statusbrew, but you have to pay to add additional ones.
2. 2 Go to the page: http://www.statusbrew.com.
3. 3 Click Sign up.
4. 4 Click Sign up with Twitter.
5. 5 Enter your Twitter nickname and password.
6. 6 Click Authorize app.
7. 7 Provide the requested information about yourself. You will need to provide your email address, username and new password to login to Statusbrew.
8. 8 Click Proceed.
9. 9 Click on your Twitter nickname.
10. 10 Click on "New Unfollowers".
    • If this is your first time running Statusbrew, the unsubscribed list will be empty. This is because the app has just started tracking your Twitter followers.

Method 4 of 7: Via Twitter Counter

1. 1 Launch your browser. With Twitter Counter, you can track people who have unsubscribed from you, as well as get dozens of other information about your Twitter account.
   • This service is not free, but provides a 30-day trial period.
   • To activate the trial period, you must provide your credit card number or PayPal account information. After the trial period expires, your account will be billed for subscribing (unless you cancel).
2. 2 Go to the page: http://twittercounter.com/.
3. 3 Click Sign In. It's a button in the upper right corner of the screen with a blue Twitter logo.
4. 4 Click Authorize app.
   • If instead you see a page asking you to enter your nickname and password, enter your Twitter account information to sign in. After that, the Authorize app button should appear.
5. 5 Enter your email address.
   • If you don't want to follow the Twitter Counter news on Twitter, uncheck the box next to “Follow @theCounter”.
   • If you don't want to automatically follow Twitter users recommended by Twitter Counter, uncheck the box next to “Discover interesting people”.
6. 6 Click on Let’s get started. Twitter Counter will send you an email with tips on how the site works.
7. 7 Open the "Unfollowers" tab by clicking on the semi-transparent caption on the left sidebar.
   • Please note that at the moment the unsubscribed list will be empty, as Twitter Counter has just started tracking your account.
8. 8 Check out the available service packages. They vary in the number of accounts the site is able to track, the maximum date range, the types of support provided, and the types of reports available.
9. 9 Click Start Free Trial. These buttons can be found at the bottom of each service package. Click on the button under the package you want to test.
   • After the trial period ends, you will no longer be able to use Twitter Counter to monitor people who have unsubscribed from your account until you subscribe.
10. 10 Click Next Step.
11. 11 Select a Payment Method. Choose a credit card or PayPal account.
12. 12 Enter your payment or account information.
13. 13 Click on Process Card. This point is the same for both credit cards and PayPal accounts. When your card is processed, the monitoring page will open in front of you.
14. 14 Open the "Unfollowers" tab. In the future, those people who have unsubscribed from you will appear here.

Method 5 of 7: Via WhoUnfollowedMe

1. 1 Launch your browser. To use WhoUnfollowedMe, a free Twitter account management site, you need a browser.
   • If you have more than 75,000 subscribers, you will have to pay for an account.
2. 2 Go to the page: http://who.unfollowed.me.
3. 3 Click sign in w / Twitter.
4. 4 Enter your Twitter nickname and password.
   • If the page looks different, then you are already signed in.If so, just click Authorize App.
5. 5 Click Sign In.
   • If you are already logged in, the monitoring page will appear on the screen instead of this button.
6. 6 Open the "Unfollowers" tab. It is located at the top of the screen.
   • If this is your first time running WhoUnfollowedMe, the list of unsubscribed users will be empty. This is because the site has just started tracking your subscribers.
   • The next time you want to see who has unfollowed you, go back to http://who.unfollowed.me and open the “Unfollowers” ​​tab.

Method 6 of 7: Via TwittaQuitta

1. 1 Launch your browser. TwittaQuitta will send you an email every day with a list of all unsubscribed users.
2. 2 Go to the page: http://www.twittaquitta.com/.
3. 3 Click Log in with Twitter.
4. 4 Enter your Twitter nickname and password.
5. 5 Click Authorize App.
6. 6 Enter your email address. Enter it in both of the provided text boxes.
7. 7 Click Submit.
8. 8 Read the letter from TwittaQuitta. Click on the link in the email to complete the registration process.
9. 9 Click on the word "link" in the letter. You are now registered to receive daily emails from TwittaQuitta.
   • To subscribe to the TwittaQuitta mailing list, click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.

Method 7 of 7: Via Zebraboss

1. 1 Launch your browser. Zebraboss will send you an email every day with a list of all unsubscribed users. Zebraboss setup is done through a browser.
2. 2 Go to the page: http://www.zebraboss.com.
3. 3In the first field, enter your Twitter nickname. Use either the @your_nickname format or http://twitter.com/your_nickname.
4. 4 Enter your email address in the second field.
5. 5 Click Subscribe to reports. Once a day, you will receive a list of users who have unsubscribed from you.
   • Click on the "Unsubscribe" link in the email to stop using the service.

Tips

• If you've unsubscribed from someone, get ready to unsubscribe from you as well.
• When looking for alternatives to these sites, try not to sign up for a service you don't trust. Some sites and applications provide unsubscribed monitoring services to collect your personal information.
