Electronic Arts (EA) is an American video game company, one of the largest in its industry, which has released a number of game hits, including: Battlefield, Need for Speed, SIMS, Fifa and this is not a complete list yet. If you are playing one of the games developed by EA and have any questions, you can contact the available and professional customer support team.

Steps

1. 1 Go to the Feedback page on the EA website. Open your browser, type http://help.ea.com/en/contact-US/ in the address bar and press the Enter button.
2. 2 Select the game for which you want to ask a question. Some games will be displayed on the page and by pressing the left / right arrows to scroll, you can find and select the game you want.
   • If the game you are looking for does not appear, enter its name in the Search All Products site search engine, at the top right of the page. A list of game titles will be displayed below.
3. 3 Choose a game. Once you find the game, click on it and then click on the orange "Next" button at the bottom right of the page.
4. 4 Choose the question. Once you have clicked on the name of the game, a list of frequently asked questions will be displayed at the bottom of the page. If you find your question, click on it and the answer will expand.
   • If your question is not found in the list, click on the "Next" button.
5. 5 Choose your game platform. Not all games are available on all platforms. Therefore, depending on the game you choose, the platform selection list will change. Here are the platforms that EA offers:
   • Playstation (console and handheld)
   • Xbox / Xbox 360
   • Android (smartphones and tablets)
   • Apple (iPhone or iPads)
   • Kindle
   • Just select a platform from the list and click on the orange Next button at the bottom right of the page.
6. 6 Choose a topic for the question. In the drop-down list, select the topic that best suits your question.
   • After you have selected the subject of the question, a text box will appear below. You can only use 100 characters, so try to be as specific as possible.
   • Click on the "Next" button to continue.
7. 7 Choose a way to contact you. After investigating your issue, EA Customer Support will attempt to contact you to answer your questions. You can choose one of three contact options:
   • Answer HQ: This option will take you to the correct Answer HQ section on the EA website, which is most relevant to your problem. Answer HQ is a community site, something like a forum where players of all levels share answers and solutions to various problems and questions.
   • Live Chat: When you select this method, a small browser window will open and you can chat online with an EA operator. This is the fastest way to get answers to your questions, but you may have to wait a while before you can connect with the operator, especially when there are many people on the line who, like you, are trying to contact the company via chat.
   • E-mail: This option simply requires entering your first and last name, email address, and additional information about the problem. The company will send its response to the email address you provided.
8. 8 Make a note of the request ID. After you have chosen the method of contacting you, your request will be assigned an ID. Write it down. If your problem persists and you ask the same question again, you can tell the operator your ID so that he can open your previous calls and thereby speed up the process of solving your problem.
9. 9 Wait for EA to contact you. EA will offer you a solution within 24 hours depending on the method of contact you choose.

• These are currently the only options for contacting EA.
• If your game uses an account, such as an iPhone or Android, you may be required to sign in first.
• Since Answer HQ is an open community, keep decency in mind and always use proper internet etiquette.
