In this article, we will show you how to download a YouTube playlist (playlist) on your Android device to watch it offline.

Method 1 of 2: Using the YouTube app

1. 1 Launch YouTube on your Android device. Click the white triangle icon on a red background. This icon is in the app drawer.
2. 2 Find the playlist you want. To do this, click on the magnifying glass icon. To find the playlist you created, click Library and scroll down to the Playlists section.
3. 3 Tap the playlist.
4. 4 Click on the download button. It looks like a downward pointing arrow within a circle.
5. 5 Select the video quality. It determines the quality of the picture and sound in the videos in the playlist. Select Low, Medium, or HD.
6. 6 Tap OK.
7. 7 Click on OKto confirm your actions. The playlist will become available offline.

Method 2 of 2: Using the Videoder App

1. 1 Go to the page https://www.videoder.com/ru in a web browser. Videoder is an application that lets you download videos from a YouTube playlist in any format, including MP3 and other audio formats.
   • This app can only be installed via a web browser because it is not available in the Play Store. Therefore, the device must be allowed to install applications from unverified sources.
2. 2 Tap Download for Android (Download for Android). You will find this option on the Videoder homepage. A pop-up window will appear.
3. 3 Click on OK. The file will be downloaded to the device.
4. 4 Open the downloaded file. It is called Videoder_v14.apk (version number may be different). This file is located in the Downloads folder - to open it, click Downloads in the application bar.
   • If the Downloads app is not on your device, open the Files app (it might be called File Manager or File Browser), navigate to the Downloads folder, and click Videoder_v14.apk.
5. 5Please select Package installer (Package Installer) on the Complete action using page.
6. 6 Click on Just once (Once). If this is your first time installing an app that is not in the Play Store, a warning will appear.
7. 7 Allow to install apps from unknown sources. If the installation starts, skip this step. If the message "Installation is locked" is displayed:
   • Click "Settings" to open the security settings.
   • Check the box next to "Unknown sources". A window will open.
   • Click OK.
   • Return to the Downloads folder and tap the Videoder_v14.apk file again.
8. 8 Click on Install (Install). The application will be installed.
9. 9 Tap Open (Open). This button is at the bottom of the screen. The Videoder application starts.
10. 10 Search for (or enter the URL) for a YouTube playlist. To do this, use the search bar at the top of the screen.
11. 11 Click on the desired playlist. It will open.
12. 12 Click the download button. It looks like a downward pointing arrow within a circle. The download options will be displayed.
13. 13 Select a file format. Tap the menu next to “Format / Resolution” and select the format of the downloaded files. The default is M4A format.
14. 14 Tap DOWNLOAD (Download). The files that are listed in the playlist will be downloaded to the Videoder app on the Android device.
