Part 2 of 2: Performing the pose
1 Smoothly bring your right hand back, palm up.
2 Turn your torso and head to the right.
3 Bend your right knee so that the toe is pointing up. Grasp the leg with your right hand.
4 Raise your right elbow up and pull your legs as close to you as possible. Continue to hold your foot with your hands.
5 Place your left toes on the floor and arch your spine. Take your left hand back also and grab her foot.
- 6 Tilt your head back so that the foot of your right foot touches the crown of your head. Stay in the pose for 3 or 5 breaths, then relax.
