Have you ever wanted to make a harmless air gun? This article will show you how to make a cheap, homemade air gun.

Steps

1. 1 Get an empty 1 liter water / drink bottle that you can find at any grocery store. Unscrew the cover, but do not throw it away.
2. 2 Make a hole in the middle of the lid, but not too large.
3. 3 Find a ballpoint pen and disassemble it completely, including the nib and cap. You may need pliers to unscrew the cap.
4. 4 Insert the disassembled handle halfway into the middle of the cover. Now, secure it in place with super glue or contact glue.
5. 5 Fill the handle on one end with the shells, but make sure they don't fall out of the other end of the handle. Tiny balls are great.
6. 6 Screw the cap back onto the bottle.
7. 7 To fire, squeeze the bottle very quickly from the sides and the bullet will shoot out at high speed through the handle towards the intended target. You should get a loud "shot" sound!

Tips

• When making a hole for the handle, make sure that it is exactly in the middle, and not the glory or to the right, otherwise your weapon will shoot off target.
• The air pistol is not a toy, but a weapon, and must be used with great care and discretion. This type of air pistol should never be fired at random.
• You may need a spare bottle in case something happens to yours and becomes unusable.
