If you have a lot of peaches, turn them into a delicious shake. Add orange juice and yogurt for the peach aroma to dominate the drink and delight your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 1 glass of ice
- 3 cups orange juice
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup yogurt (can even be used without lactose)

Steps
Method 1 of 2: Preparation
1 Prepare the peaches by cutting them into small pieces (as shown). Also prepare the necessary inventory and other ingredients.
2 Place ice in a blender. Set the ice crushing setting and start the blender. Leave on for further use.
Method 2 of 2: Making a smoothie
1 Add orange juice to crushed ice. Then select the "Liquid" option to mix it with ice.
2 Add peach chunks and yogurt to a blender. Mix.
- Note: You don't need to add yogurt, but you can use it to adjust the thickness of the smoothie.
3 Serve. Pour into tall serving glasses. Garnish with fresh mint or a slice of fruit as you wish.
4 Ready. You can serve this smoothie for breakfast, after exercise, or to cool off anytime on a hot day.
Tips
- You can add any other natural juice. Try it first to see if it goes well with peaches.
